Unemployment DROPS TO 9.4% - Lowest in Almost 2 Years

The strength of the U.S. economy and labor market is the most important political story starting the new year, with unemployment dropping to 9.4%. This is a low that hasn't been met since May of 2009. So this is very good news. With only 2 years in office, President Obama is proving that his policies can and do work. At the same time, it was announced that only 103,000 jobs were added last month. President Obama will talk about unemployement in a speech in Maryland tomorrow.
