President Obama Comments on the Shooting of Congresswoman Gabby Giffords

Below is an announcement by President Obama in response to the shooting of Gabby Giffords who apparently was the key target by a 22 year old gunman. Police believe that the shooter did not act alone but had an accomplice. Police have not located the second person.
