No matter where in the world the President travels, if he flies in an Air Force jet, the plane is called Air Force One. Technically, Air Force One is the call sign of any Air Force aircraft carrying the President.
In practice, Air Force One is refers to one of two highly customized Boeing 747-200B series planes.
Inside Air Force One the passengers enjoy 4,000 square feet of floor space on three levels, including an extensive suite for the President that features a large office, lavatory, and conference room.
