Bush Administration Detainee Administration Tactics - VIDEO

 I was sincerely hoping to put the atrocities behind us of the prior Bush administration, regarding torture tactics that the CIA used with an excuse that doing such things would protect our country. But today I came across this video below that is mind chilling, a 44 minute video that goes into detail the used by our military on suspected terrorist operatives in Iraq and other hot spots in the world. This video is directly from the C-Span Video Library, in which a simple search on detainee interrogations produced such a video. The video was created just 3 days ago on May 13, 2009.

When you watch this video, try to answer this two part question, and I can assure you that the answer will not be a difficult one to come up with.

Do you think that this country should ignore the attrocities of the prior Bush administration, and do you think that President Bush broke any law since he condoned the use of torture tactics, even though President Obama claims that forms of torture used by the prior administration are not lawful?
