Congrats to Obama from Republican Condoleezza Rice

75 Days until Inauguration Day - January 20, 2009

One person that I respect from the Republican party who happens to be on President Bush's team is Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Who knows what would have happened if Barack Obama would have run against her. It would have been wonderful seeing 2 women, one from both sides run against each other. It is my gut feeling that John McCain had her on his short list, but I would believe that she would have loved to run against him. I wonder is someone from the Whitehouse staff would be allowed to run against another person from their party? Anyhow, she mentions below in a video how proud as an African-American she is at this time.
