The Truth Factor .... Who is right? Obama or Joe 'the heckler' Wilson

After the outburst of Rep. Joe Wilson during Obama's speech on Wednesday, who actually is telling the truth. Congressman Joe "Heckler" Wilson claims that President Obama is a "liar". If you read the bill passed by the House, section 246 states "Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States." In short, it states that illegal immigrants will not be covered under the plan. So it appears that President Obama is NOT TELLING A LIE. However in a misleading statement,immediately after the speech by the President, the Republican response made by Republican Charles Boustany, claims that it creates 53 new government bureaucracies. Further investigate by the CNN 'truth squad' determined that this statement was not entirely true or misleading at best. Some are already modifications to existing programs, one is temporary, and others are Ombudsmen counted separately. The Senate and House versions of the bill have some radical differences, and the two parties will have to play give and take to finally come up with a bill for President Obama to sign into law.
