Obama against Romney with Gingrich and Paul still in The Race

Wednesday, April 11, 2012

Mitt Romney still has some big problems. He is only one of three candidates that vows to fight until the nomination process begins. Both Gingrich and Paul both vow to stay in the race regardless if Romney does become the inevitable winner. That is bad news for Romney. Still, most likely Romney will not devote any real time to campaign against his competition, because President Barack Obama is now in his full swing campaign mode. Obama knows that Romney now has little time for shoring up his conservative base, as his own mainstream party has previously voted for other candidates. Now, Republicans will try to rally around Romney. It seems to be all but over for Romney, but it will be interesting to watch President Obama earn his reelection as he campaigns against Romney. It seems that only the Republicans were the only ones who couldn't determine who Obams's competition was, as the President has been concentrating on Romney since he began to campaign for re-election.

President Obama to Run against Romney Or Gingrich?

Tuesday, November 29, 2011

Almost a month ago, President Obama made the assessment that he would be running against Mitt Romney. With all that has been happening in the Republican race, especially with the revelation of possible new accusations against Romneys rival in the Republican race, Herman Cain. Many are saying that it is now only a matter of time before Cain drops out of the race. He is now re-assessing his candidacy.
Meanwhile Romney and Gingrich both seem to be benefiting from the flack coming out of the Cain campaign. Gingrich is now leading in the Republican race, even though he too has an extra marital affair in his past. At least temporarily, the Republicans have chosen their latest choice Newt Gingrich to run on the Conservative ticket instead of Mitt Romney, but how long do you think this fling with the front runner Newt Gingrich will last?!. President Barack Obama is putting his chips on Mitt Romney to be he opponent in the 2012 election, even if the Rublicans don't necessarily like the idea and want to support Newt Gingrich.
What chances do Mitt Romney actually have to run against Barack Obama? If you were to ask me, a liberal and an avid supporter of the Democratic ticket and President Barack Obama, I would say that Mitt Romney has no chance. An again, you don't have to believe me, as my statement is a matter of opinion. But what is not just a matter of opinion concerning Romney is the fact that he is considered a 'flip-flopper'. Check out the video below that explains in detail the characterization of Mitt Romney and how he 'flip-flops' on the issues.

Obama concentrates his re-election campaign against Mitt Romney

Saturday, October 29, 2011

President Obama is out on the campaign trail, and seems to be centering his focus on just one Republican candidate, and that would be Mitt Romney. The President feels that only the candidates that can last with needed funds to run a successful campaign would be the ones to actually work against. At the top of the list is Mitt Romney, who has more funds than any of the candidates, and unlike past campaigns, it appears to President Obama that Romney will stay the course until the Republican Presidential candidate it picked. There are over a dozen more Republican debates left, and the President had admittedly said that he does not want to focus on any of the candidates that will not make it through the debates or the ones who cannot handle the costs of such an election. Therefore, for now, he is concentrating his campaign with ads showing that Mitt Romney is a "flip-flop" candidate. Romney has been quoted more than just a couple of times changing his views on issues. The President sees no need to wait to start his campaign againt viable Republican candidates. It will be a matter of time before President Obama elects to start a campaign agains Herman Cain, but all indications are that eventually Herman Cain will also drop out of the race.
